EFRA欧洲锦标赛在克里特岛举行1比8越野组的同时，还有两组油动平跑车(1比8 40+及235mm 1比10)的欧洲冠军头衔，在荷兰的Heemstede等待角逐。
预赛在周五和周六举行，1比8组别的杆位由德国Serpent车手Andreas Giesa获得，本土的Mugen车手Richard Keur 第二，另外两位Serpnet车手Jacky Mouton 和Rody Roem 则是第三和第四。 在235mm组，比利时人Robin D’hondt杆位，前欧洲冠军Julius Kolff驾驶新款Serpent车获得第二，而去年的冠军Glyn Beal第三，Serpent的设计师Rene Cornella 第四。
在决赛前，前4位车手有机会熟悉一下赛道(因为他们无需参加周六举行的附加出线赛)。此间235mm组的TQ Robin D’hondt 转向舵机失效了，幸运的是这只是练习赛，不是真正决赛。随后进行的由11位选手参加的1比8传统组的决赛，然后是235mm。最后是1比8 40+组，看谁称霸欧洲。
