新异模型老车 铁鹰1/8越野车修复完成分享: 五六年级生的玩家车友应该认识,1988年(和老婆年龄一样幼齿),这台车在车坛并不长寿约3年,或许名字与纳粹铁鹰有关或向往当时美国的铁鹰及公司外销竞争薄弱所致,在国际上也难见。当年接触到此车,在高雄中正技击馆办的国际资格赛事,当时的我也只能凑热闹。

车子一摆,罚站就30年过去了,有幸碰上疫情锁国封机场不能出门,领补助,领”阵辛劵” ,开着奔驰车只能吃夜市小吃,才得以有时间整理此车,吾想已没有下个30年,真再30年,这车也60岁…,感触良多。

总结描述如下:

1.车壳不复存在,参考当年杂志图片。车子整体基调,个人不喜颜色杂零件,所以选件上会比较挑剔,包含HB,Mugen,Kyosho,TSK等,连润滑油颜色也挑。

2.底盘自行铣床洗沟,加工底面皿头螺丝用,后再加上碳纤维板做底盘补强,前后共轻100克左右。

3.螺丝保留少部分原装攻牙螺丝,其余新的YSF电镀或特定部位土豪金色螺丝,老了脑筋记不住那么多size,这样做方便安装及辨认。

4.机件轴承等,先把最讨厌 ~”绿色” ~用坏再换标准黑盖日本NSK。前后版本的铁鹰齿轮箱有大小轴承之差别,个人倾向用早期大轴承齿箱,使差速器稳定些。

5.二楼板手工重新制作,电池接收机分开睡各1楼,成了4楼板。油箱的”卫生巾”也更新,可装同公司AX5的新油箱,没有违和感,并预留孔位,等这咖油箱彻底烂了再换上。后避震器座则人体CNC做出加厚至4mm,取后期车Tempo尾翼架做补强,至于当年的铁丝尾扰流翼,过些时候再做。
(亚洲玩家通常称伺服机板为"二楼板")

6.遥控器舵机伺服等:之前其他车用的续用,考虑胶件强度及结构设计,并没有装20kg以上拉力的转向Servo,刻意用1/10用的拉杆,30年前2.9kg/JR505还用铁丝拉杆,不也用的好好的,性能当然不能相提并论了。续用PCM/3PK/HRS系统,2.4G系统等用旧了再换上。

7.二岁儿子呀呀学语会说"烟当共"(台语:排气管之意),这次为配合此车,特别改造台制仿洋基管改膨胀室,接口及算长度,也方便那天安装到其他车上,连同前方避震蝴蝶架重新喷鹦哥漆Glasurit-HS烤漆金油,刻意裸露焊接处。

8.六角轮座改造及防倾杆座待有空加工,以方便安装现行通用的17mm轮框轮胎,届时顺便将金属大齿轮改造座也换上。

Share with the SinYi model vintage RC nitro off-road Iron Eagle 1/8 rebuild and tuned:

The 60’and 70’ born players should know of this car, 1988 (as young as my wife's age~), it did not live long for about three years at the buggy field, perhaps the name associated with the Nazi iron eagle or yearning for the United States Iron Eagle air-force at that time and the company's weak international export competition and difficult to see on the international market.
I had contacted with this car at the Kaohsiung ZhongZheng (Jhongjheng,
Chiang Kai-shek) Martial Arts Stadium during the race of the international qualification events, at that time, I could only been the cheerleader lively.
30 years have passed after put it into the storage, I am so lucky to encounter the pandemic of the COVID19, airport closed, border blockade, and received subsidies to eat the night market by driving my Mercedes, extra luxury time to rebuild this car, I consider that there is no next 30 years, if it existed, this car will be 60 years old ... ,sentimentally .

1.The car's shell canopy is no longer existed, refer to the 88’s magazine page.
The overall tone of the car, personally does not like much color mixed parts, so the option will be more picky, including HB, Mugen, Kyosho, TSK, etc.,and even the lubricant color also picked.

2.Chassis was been on the milling machine DIY milled, processed the bottom surface for flat head screws, added carbon fiber plate for chassis stronger and reinforcement, and the weight before and after approximately 100 grams lighter.

3. Retained a little part of the original self-tapping screws, renewed the rest of mostly of the YSF coated or the specific part of the “filthy rich gold” screws.
OLD brain cannot remember so many sizes; it is convenient for installation and identification.

4. Parts and bearings, etc.: used first of the most hated “green colure party” green rubber cover bearings till broken and then will change the standard black cover of Japan NSK ones. Early and late version of the iron eagle gearbox had the difference of bearing mount size. Personally prefer with early larger size bearing designed of gear box for the differential case balance and rotational stability.

5.The radio control system board/plate/servo deck had manually re-made instead of the plastic one, the battery pack “sleeps” separately on the “1st floor”, and receiver on” 3rd floor”, becomes the “4th floor board” totally.
(Asian players usually call the deck as “2nd floor plate”)
The fuel tank's seal “tampon” was changed, and reserved the screw holes, the same company AX5's new fuel tank the can be installed with this chassis, there is no sense of disturbance but harmony of the alignment. The AX5’s tank will replace the original tank when completely rotten.
Rear shock absorber tower was the “human CNC” to make thickening to 4mm, took the Tempo buggy’s tail frame as the supporter, the vintage type of wire tail wing will make in some other days.

6.Remote control and servo, etc.: Continued using the device from the other my RC car, considered of the strength of the plastics and structural design, and I did not install the steering servo more than 20kg torque .Deliberately with 1/10 size lever linkage.
30 years ago,2.9kg / JR505 with wire pull rod, we had used at that time, of course, the performance between the servo cannot be compared.
Continued of PCM/3PK/HRS system, 2.4G system will replace later.

7. 无限精机的火凤凰 应该是91-92年的热门冠军车型

您好,
十分難得聽見車友提起 天豹,黑豹,霹靂豹,後期的傲徒,
都是飛點公司(FP racing,Fly Point)當年經典之作.
可說是平價台灣版的YANKEE.
手邊也有一台待整理的黑豹2版,
由於當年台灣的民風還是保守,
市場接受度反而不盡理想,是比較可惜之處.

這台車前身是 中陽猛龍 ,被日本再改設計後才變成火鳳凰
於1990-93,个人前後買了第1版,2版,到超級版(SuperSport).
主要以底盤來區別.
白(銀)標準素底,
白(銀)刻字版,
黑色油漆版刻字偷輕,
金色版刻字偷輕,
一堆社外改裝品,最知名的BOSS,Mr.PRO等

虽然此车与我同岁(一不小心暴露了年龄),但是对八九十年代的RC还是充满了回忆。还记得我小时候,大概九几年至2000年,当时很流行油动甲醇车,京商和雷虎算是启蒙时候最常见到的模型,貌似还是拉力车型与越野车型居多?时间久远记忆不清。初次见到时候的惊讶与欣喜算是最难忘的回忆。时至今日却很少有人提及。希望有老玩家像楼主一样慢慢发掘,从80年代,到90年代,陆续排开,一起回忆一下那些璀璨的年华。

確實如此,
油越 目前市場上真沒哪家車廠願意復刻,
因為機具成本及所謂"市場性能"不同於電動越野車,
吾人曾嘗試要求蛇仔復刻,
設計師Billy 給我的回覆是"您為何不試試新的蛇仔越野車所帶來的性能表現"
於是買了811,
距離吾人上次買蛇仔油越已33年前的事

90年代初期至95年左右,
幾乎是油越的輝煌年代,
當然也是各車廠摸索階段的後期,
加上機械製造業工藝的進步之後的千禧年後,
所出現的車款,已經沒有各種奇芭的老味車款了.
手邊尚有幾部從小陪我一起變老的車 ,
慢慢整理,他日再分享各位
